We deliver to addresses in the U.S., U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses with a U.S. zip code, and Canada. Please note that we may not be able to deliver to some locations. In this situation, we'll notify you and cancel or reroute the order.
All orders are shipped by DHL, UPS, USPS, or other carriers selected by MOREi. Orders received before midnight EST ship the next day, except on Saturdays. Orders placed Saturday will ship Monday. Orders shipped using expedited shipping won't ship on weekends and will ship the following business day.

If our system identifies an invalid shipping address, we'll email you to confirm it. Invalid shipping addresses are held for 72 hours so we can contact you.

MOREi is pleased to offer free delivery on all orders to customers in Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and any other countries that we cover. The amount of time it takes to deliver your order will change based on where you live.


MOREi is responsible for each order throughout transit until it's delivered to your stated delivery address. When an order is delivered to your address and tracked as delivered, you are responsible for it. If a delivery is incorrect, notify the courier.

Any order over $500 requires a signature upon delivery. Orders can't be left at delivery locations if you or someone you've authorized isn't there. Anyone 18 or older at the delivery address can take delivery for you.
